I can't think of one positive thing that has happened since Jacobs took over and there are more than enough negative things to think of. We lost some of our best people as part of the merger and plenty of dead weight is still here. The company has become much more corporate and made our benefits one of the casualties of the change.
Also, we used to work together and help each other. Now it's the complete opposite. People neither want nor offer help.
I think it might be time to start looking elsewhere...
