There’s no point mentioning the amount of people that left or are leaving on their own. God knows that anybody that had any sort of a career choice left a long time ago. What I find interesting and disgusting at the same time is that the company, even though the best people are leaving left and right, they are targeting to cut the best ones that are left.
I know these are some brutal times and that few people are safe at any company, but to see this level of ill behavior of a company towards its own employees, even by today's standards of Corporate America, that’s just sickening.
How long can a company even operate with such unprofessional and ruthless behavior towards the very people that are bringing the money in?
