In response to the last reply, yes. ... 100 percent agree. And they will set you up to fail. I have been there decades, and I have journals going wwaaayyy back. Document EVERYTHING. I have. And, I am only a peon there. DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT. Even if you start right now, do it .. it will be important for unemployment, or for your attorney. I have one of those as well... ; )

Is a great resource that will help.you land a dream job that respects you
It will depend on why you were let go. If it was part of the layoffs you should be eligible for benefits after your severance time (i.e. after 20 weeks if you had been there 10 years) runs out assuming you hadn't found a new job by then.
However, if you were terminated for cause rather than being laid off you can expect ADS to fight any unemployment claims to the bitter end. I have seen several good friends get denied unemployment after being fired from ADS for things ranging from performance to attendance to NPPI violations. This is the reason they formally document so many steps of corrective action so they have a virtually bulletproof case if you file for unemployment against them.
Go straight online fill app out
Now you do have to qualify and work a certain amount of hrs to qualify
But its all online the entire process and they gice you 60% of your old pay for a certain amt of weeks
It takes about 3wks to get approved
Provided that ads doesnt contest the reason for tour unemployment and they haven't fired everyone in the admin office
Might depend by state. Last time for me in Ohio I couldn’t apply until after the severance expired.
So if you got like 5 weeks of severance pay you could not apply until 6 weeks after term date.
Mind your business.
