Do not be surprised if there is another round this week. 4th quarter earnings call is on Thursday, first round happened right before 3rd quarter call.

Stupid unfulfilling job that is truly meaningless
I am happy with PTO and holiday time. You sure must have a lot of good companies in your area and must have a great job by now. I am happy for you but I will stay with my benefits from Alliance. Most people have to work a holiday to get time and half....if they get the holiday off they do not get paid. At least in many many other industries. I am sorry that you you were one who got laid off and think the way they went about the layoffs was terrible. But with the way you feel about the company you should be glad and count it as a blessing. My heart goes out to those who wish they still had a job with Alliance but don't.
Alright put the koolaid down. That place is a nightmare and their benefits are less than attractive
Best medical coverage? How?.you must not of had an illness yet.
Blue Ceoss is the best insurance.
ADS picked the cheapest insurance package for their employees just awful.
Hdhp oop plan before they will pay a cent.
Youre better off not even having insurance and being self pay.
Medical benefits were awful utterly.
They were by far not industry standard
30 days vacation is now standard in most jobs but they dont let you use it.
Insurance is awful
Went to doctors paid 90 for a 112 visit.
Now lets break it down you have
- Premium 2. Oop which was 2650 before the plan paid 3. Then you have to contribute to your flex or hsa just all around scam
Insurance was awful to be such a huge company
The leaders yes were awful didnt stay long because im the type of person i can spot out a bad place quickly.. just not quick enough..
Have a great 2020
Maybe you just had a bad department before you moved on. I'm not discounting your experiences, you were clearly very hurt by your time at ADS, but not all areas/departments are the same. A single poor leader can negatively impact lots of people around them.
By contrast, my department works standard 40-hour weeks, allows flexible start and end times, work from home whenever necessary, good pay, tons of paid time off, and the best medical benefits I've seen in Columbus.
Some people really enjoy their jobs. I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience, but not every department suffers from the problems your posts describe.
Some people get to do exciting work for exceptional leaders that care about them and whom they respect, with co-workers that they genuinely like and care about. For those lucky enough to be in this position, why leave? I understand that this can change at any time, but for now, might as well ride that perfect wave all the way to the shore! And when the feet touch sand again, the ride being over, just paddle back out and look for that next great wave :-).
No work life balance was there.
They didnt give folks consecutive days off
Then had folks working crazy hours
Like give it to the other countries
Oh wait they couldnt to fool their clients pretending they don't offshore.
Then vacation scheduling seemed illegal within itself and discriminatory. Goofy place to work for. Sorry.
