At December 31, 2019, our total number of employees was approximately 243,200, of which approximately 64% percent are based outside the U.S. During 2019, we negotiated seven domestic collective bargaining agreements, the largest of which covered certain workers at Carrier's Collierville, Tennessee facility. In 2020, numerous collective bargaining agreements are subject to renegotiation, the largest of which covers certain workers at Carrier’s Indianapolis, Indiana and Collins Aerospace Systems' Chula Vista/Riverside, California facilities...
