I could be laid of tomorrow. Why even dedicate a second more to this greedy company? I am severely demotivated and don’t give af. Anyone else feel the dip in morale?

Curious why the expectation is for effort to be put forth for a new job by staff. We already have a job here, so make work life for us better HERE and improve as a company. Fight for us to stay by showing us more money and better benefits. Work hard to keep us!
Agreed. I’m not going to worry about productivity anymore....
No spend the time relaxing taking care of yourself. Allow the company to pay for you while you rest. Letting go of worry about performance helps. This company Probably won’t last much longer so ride it out while you can and use it to benefit yourself.
Spend that extra time you used to dedicate to the company looking for another job!
When we get laid off, can we move in with our corporate family? R teammates? Can the c suite millionaires pay our health care bills?
Focusing on making the most impact I can in a 40 hour week. Everyone around me is drowning and I value those relationships so doing the best I can to help my project team but I'm done working 10+ hour days and weekends.
We had team mates with decades of experience, RNs, MAs, LPNs, etc. they were told not to come and a box would be mailed to them with their personal belongings.
They told us to smile, we put on silly skits, told this that the other, how much we should work hard, be loyal, they appreciate us, wore a smiley shirt happy happy happy happy song. Then laid off , escorted from building, and told us they would mail us the items. folks had between 5-15 years+ of service. Corporate america.

My morale has been down for months. As soon as I find something else I’m outta here.
Just waiting on the Common Review to happen and then I will put in my time and nothing more. Going the extra mile here does not get rewarded anyway. This is no longer a great American company....outsourcing as hard and fast as they can to other countries.
