As of June 30, 2018, we had approximately 67,000 employees, approximately 24% of whom were represented by unions, primarily the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and unions in France and Sweden.
Contract negotiations are handled by each individual operating company.
Approximately 19% of our union employees who are covered by collective bargaining agreements have or will have expired contracts during fiscal 2019, which contracts are subject to renegotiation.
Since June 30, 2018, there have been no contract renegotiations.
We consider our labor relations to be satisfactory.
