Talk about having the wrong perception of this company. I started over a year ago as a field agent and I quit last week. All I can say at this point is good luck to the people I’ve left behind. God knows they’re gonna need it.
In my job interview they talked about KofC as a place of opportunity where an employee can grow and advance. How wrong was I to believe them. Soon enough the reality hit me on the head. Not only were field agents treated like c-ap but they were faced with impossible plans and goals, and it didn't take long for me to realize that the pay they were talking about was only a theoretical possibility that few can achieve.
When one faces the reality of being a field agent at this company, besides the natural urge to advise anyone not to take a job at this company, one has got to ask the question, how long can the company survive with these practices?
