Walmart and Amazon should be viewed as a market place. The fact they are building entirely different businesses to undercut others that sell in their market place is anti-competitive and its ruining a lot of peoples lively hoods.
Do you think private equity wants to buy unprofitable plants in a declining milk market and overcapacity with a trend towards more vertically integrated retailers?
Non production plants will close.most will be sold to real estate developers
You make no sense.dean isn't for sale as a whole.when it was nobody wanted it and dfa wouldn't be allowed to buy it all.if you looked at the epiq website you would see there are bid sheets for each piece of property dean owns.
Best thing that happens to the not profitable plants is they're bought out by private equity and cut to the bone.
