With all the layoffs that JUST happened in December to PHS seems cruel to allow people to have a false sense of security only to have another layoff in March. Why wait? Everyone is still trying to pick up the pieces. If anyone has ANY details about what is about to happen, please share!!
Phs or now call Enterprise clinical solutions is a joke. Disorganized, fake, cant seem to figure out who is running what. I am not surprised.
How did the former-PHS group shake out yesterday? I used to work under Maddron. That woman is a TERRIBLE leader! Honestly, a a good housecleaning of her reports would amount to around 300 people.
Population Health Soultions is now known as Enterprise Clinical Services, are cuts coming to Enterprise Clinical Services? Cuts just occured within the previous Population Health Soultions there were vp's, directors, associate directors, clinical managers, entire social work team, medical directors, clinical program consultants, and front line case managers. Over 300 employees under Maddron organization.
How many more cuts can be made?

This is true. I was told directly by a sr. Director that he is being asked to skinny down the teamI and if i would be interested in talking with another department about any opportunity. Which was at least nice they were pointing me to other options. If that doesnt come through i am certain i will be one of the ones laid off.
