Wearing flip flops and sporting a dirty beard and being nice to moobs, all while playing xbox, you’re in the keep at all costs list. From a certain sub continent region and in the USA, keep at all costs because you’re so nice!
I am wondering considering all the organizational turmoils we have had since the spin why we haven’t let go the HR chief guru that came up with all those clever ideas to disable us for the past 2 years while getting paid close to half a mil. Needs some demotion at a minimum

Another dumb post. If you know so much about these layoffs please give locations and initials of people who were "secretly laid off". Stupid post trying to create fear. Go away please.
I have chatted with SK when I've bumped into him in the coffee room. Big d-bag with a huge ego. A colleague of mine mentioned that he put off handling his directive on his underlings and left them high and dry. This caused the affected department heads and his underlings to go back and forth, wasting valuable time and energy.
Once they get to Resideo people like that don’t leave. Too much gravy available .
Gravy is now sustained by lay-offs of people....
Definitely wondering why SK still here. He has not handled these HR initiatives in a good way. When it was announced that he was coming to Resideo, Aero colleagues said they felt bad for Resideo but glad he was leaving aerospace
