Low wages, poor working conditions, management and supervisor make you feel like you are on plantation....security folks at airport ridiculous....you surrender your rights and charter the moment you step in airport...I hope after this whole aviation gets overhauled...Canada need more airlines...

While it's sad I hope the arrogant pricks like mark Nasr and his United cronies finally feel the pain and suffering the average AC worker is constantly under. Time to nationalize the airlines and get rid of the poison at the top. Lots of great staff on the ground but managers at AC are horrible ppl and time to level the playing field.
You are correct about being treated horribly by Air Canada management and supervisor staff....They have no right, nor need , to treat employees so poorly. As a former employee, I have experienced the hatred and abuse from managerial staff at AC. No other companies treat their employees in such a deplorable manner. I agree with you and hope for change within the Canadian airline industry. If AC would fire most of the managers, then they would have a good airline.
Canada doesn’t have the population to support more airlines .
