Thread regarding LHC Group layoffs

There have too been layoffs at LHC group due to value based care. Especially OT roles. Its bs and it’s not considered quality care. It will effect outcomes and referrals. It’s disgusting Medicare just allowed big businesses to continue to screw the medical workers. If I was thinking about going into OT/PT roles in college, I’d think again. You’ll be lucky to get a job once you graduate and now it’s bachelors and doctorate level degrees. So not worth the effort. Oh and good luck paying for all those loans.
