Is to dangerous for technicians to work on the field now , let's stay home and collect unemployment, mean while let all the other police departments, fire departments,FedEx, ups , USPS, etc. Ect... because we are more important then all them. Just sh– down the whole country and let the economy crash and see what a mess that would be , damn sheep people
This company does not care about its employees. We are expendable. It’s unclear to me as to why so many in here who sing this company’s praise can’t see that. It’s truly sad that there is little to no camaraderie between techs. Guys calling each other lazy slobs while others defend this company as if it’s going to win them any favor or protect their jobs. The supervisors are puppets for upper management. It’s pathetic how it’s become every man for himself when in reality and in regards to management it should be Us vs Them. Just biding my time until I’m out of here but would love for just once during my 25 plus year tenure to see management cower to the demands of the workforce they’ve taken advantage of for years.

Just another way for the company to take from you so they dont have to give. The Gov't should step in and make it mandatory. Having to burn up your saved time for a pandemic reason isn't right.
memo says if you are out for more than three days, you have to take leave. Just like you would now if you were out sick for more than three days. Anytime you take leave, no matter what it is for, you have to use your time for the first two weeks of payment. It's basically a waiting period so you get paid. They will take 10 days of sick, personal, vacation in that order. If you burned 3 sick days already, they will take your 7 sick that are left and 3 personal. Personally, I think they should waive this if you come down with this virus.
