Take a look at the job boards for Cummins. A few months after they fire thousands, the number of open jobs is growing. Many of the postings are for positions impacted by those firings. So much for the downturn causing the need to fire employees.. As usual the Cummins management(not leadership), have shown their lack of ethics and integrity.

This is my question, what happens when this virus starts to increase in Southern Indiana where Cummins is at? Do they continue to have people work? Do they send them home at those plants, and if so do they continue to get paid, unemployment or they make them us vacation time?
Management has been having long meetings about what to do if this virus starts to hit their workers.
The silver lining of all of world events right now is the high number of Cummins facilities in Wuhan China... lol
I've noticed that also and they have hired more people when they are cutting. I think they just cut the ones that have high pay and throw in a scattering of the medium and lower pay to show that they aren't doing that when in reality they are. I still say that Cummins is playing a very dangerous game.
I see that they are going to piss of the wrong person by f—ing them over and the are going to out them and their dirt.
