Apache announced that it will reduce drilling rig count in the Permian Basin to zero over the coming weeks. Seems that management is taking this oil production and price war seriously and is trying to stay ahead of a bad situation.

You're noth wrong. There will be no rigs in the US. That includes Gulf Coast, Permian, everywhere domestically.
