I’m still waiting for my VSP date to arrive. Yes, there are quite a few of us who want to leave and are being held hostage. In addition to not wanting to get out of bed in the morning to attend the daily pewp show, now we have to worry we won’t even get the severance promised to us because the situation for OXY seems to get worse every day. Let us go! PLEASE!!!!!!!! I could teach a cheap contractor my desk in a week! If you truely want to cut spending do it by letting all the VSP people go. I’ve watched job after job that I could have had being handed to people who got to leave sooner. I don’t want to be here anymore. This is giving me depression. I just want out with what little sanity I have left.

I'm ready to take one too. It's been fun, but there are others who need their jobs more than I do. I'd be happy to bow out gracefully. Hopefully they offer them again.
