My area hasnt seen the slightest uptick in volume of work. Its not like were Spectrum(mandatory 6 day weeks),not allowed to work remotely for any reason.Dispatching from home?Doing it for months already.Lets talk about the elephant in the room that really affects production negatively.Subbing out the call centers and Tech Mobility as a whole....
If you don't have to call VDo or RCC then your productivity should be fine. If you do?.. then you are forked. long hold time due to minimum staff and stuff. I think that's what he meant when he said less productivity. I think the company will "adjust" it tho

Field personnel cannot work from home...thats impossible. Dispatching from home and going straight out in the field can be done and makes alot of sense. Alot of companies have been doing that even way before this outbreak.
You think working from home is less productive?
