One day you will get an email and people will start being escorted out! Probably by the end of the month. They probably made the list for round two when they did the first round. Hopefully this time they cut some of the useless managers, too.
Carl Icahn will replace Vicki and her overpaid board in May. He will then lay-off half the company with minimal severance. Also, why has Vicki not been actively communicating with her employees? The elephant in the room needs to be addressed, morale is low and the company might not be drilling wells, but it still has to maintain daily operations.
