They told its at 80%, MTS4 Test Engineering, 7500, whats yours?

Staff Eng (Grade 8). Bonus: 17% of Base Salary.
2nd half 2019 Payout is: 90%. Around 15k
So your base is 15000 / 0.9 / 0.17 * 2 = 196078 ?
For a staff that is pretty high

In marketing mike Marcellin always takes 5% off the top to hold for star performers. So, good performers get 95% payout (of the J payout which is 100% this time). GREAT performers get over 95%. And then obviously a ton of manager discretion. Poor performers I give some number below 95. In general if you’re getting substantially lower than 95 it’s a signal that you need to get your act together or consider the possibility that Juniper is not the right place for you. No good performer has ever gotten less than, I dunno, 90% of the Juniper payout. So pants on fire to anyone who claims otherwise.
