Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

I went through this in 2017

So I truly feel for all of you affected by this layoff.

I was let go after 14 years of service during the 2017 corporate layoff. What I learned when I was there is that the leadership is rudderless and the mid-level managers are garbage. I talked with a lot of employees, including managers, who noticed the direction of the company change when Edeker gained power. I saw a lot if the old guard forced out and replaced by young yes-men set on climbing the corporate ladder.

Hy-Vee has lost its way. It no longer values its employees or customers. I learned that much back in April of 2017.

Not only is the leadership rudderless, he's burned the ships!
