Randy and board. Next time we are running behind in our goals, why don't you ask for help and suggestions from the 85,000. I'm sure there would have been thousands of ideas that would save millions and increase service and efficiencies.
Much better than just having to get rid of quality employees that want to do a great job and help the company. It's called a team approach. Now you created an us against them environment. Congratulations. If you're in a bind, gee I dunno, maybe get some input from the people actually in touch with the day to day operation. Does that seem too much to ask?

Think about it if they wanted suggestions or new ideas all those corporate employees that have been retiring out of the blue over the last 10 yrs would still be here and this wouldn’t be happening
My thoughts exactly. Thousands of cost savings ideas out there, but zero communication angles to get to the top.... and no, directors are afraid of getting fired or have been told to shut up and worry about getting profit up.. so that is not a viable approach.
Randy and his team won’t ask employee for help. Clearly they feel that stores are the problem. They also don’t think you guy are smart enough to help solve these issues. In short randy thinks everyone of your guys are dumb.
