Some might have proof, but can't divulge because it would throw someone else under the bus. I can guarantee I have important inside info I'm reluctant to post and there's no way I'd cite the sources. I wouldn't freak out too much, but the times they are a changin'.
These changes are just minor. Right now we are just trimming the Fat. Well that’s what randy like to call it. HyVee is now leaner and meaner.

If you truly are his BFF, sorry for you! Tell him to do the right thing and RESIGN! He has destroyed this company. Too worried about Walhburgs, mega stores in the cities, not taking care of the very employees and small stores that made this company what it is. Should of fixed the stores we had instead of sitting on his throne and destroying what was built way before he was around. Give us back our company!!
What the changes are now are not small. This has effected many long time good employees. I gave 27 years to this company and this so called small change made a huge impact on my life. I am two years away from retirement and now at my age looking not just for employment but insurance. I hope and pray some one finds a loop hole to make Hy-Vee pay what I believe they owe each of us as a severance pay.

Pay cuts and layoffs are big moral boosters? You have no clue what you are talking about.
Hyvee is not being sold. HyVee is not going bankrupt. HyVee just fees the need to change a few small things. Companies make changes all the time. HyVee has never been stronger. Strong companies lay-off employees and close stores or fulfillment centers. Even stronger companies make employees take pay cuts. They know pay cuts and lay-off are big moral booster. The next thing a strong company will do is take away bonus programs away from employees. They are looking out for us. They don’t want employees to pay more in taxes. That what financial strong companies do. If you don’t believe me google signs of a financial strong company. Find the answers for yourself. Also google the sign for a failing company. See what side HyVee leans too. Don’t take my word for it. I’m just Randy’s best friend.
