Folks at Easton get ready to pack your bags again possibly by the next earnings call. They have ramped up the hiring for off shore India again, which is a sign for our job replacements.

Well, you hit the nail on the head. I don't think they plan to stay in business, nor do they care. The"new clients" (LOL), they are signing are agreeing in their contracts that a large percent of calls will go offshore. Only something like 20% or less will be handled onshore.
I had an AH that was transferred to me after being on the phone with someone who barely spoke English for 20mins. The AH thought we were a scam because the previous rep was harassing her to give up her bank account info. As soon as I told her who we were, she gladly paid her balance with the checking info THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE ACCOUNT. There’s no way ADS would be able to stay in business if they completely outsourced.
I have received many complaints from AH who state they can't understand the representative. I believe they will keep some Americans to save face.
We are entering a bear market.
#2 many countries cap the income one can make no matter what your occupation is.
Then comes in the outsourcing.
They can hire engineers at 250 a month versus 4k a month in the u.s.
GET OUT OF THAT PLACE ASAP! THEY HAVE BEEN IN DECLINE SINCE 2008 and theyve known it.
The big ones have been stealing from the company for many years. Classic textbook example of corporste waste and greed

I agree. I wish there was a rah rah alliance board for the layoff board stalkers... they just creep around and don't say anything but think they know it all. God how I hate the friggin know it alls...if they were all so goddamn smart why are they working in a low class call center.
