UnitedHealth Group CEO David Wichmann's total compensation for 2018 was $21.5 million, according to the Star Tribune. Mr. Wichmann's salary was $1.3 million in 2018, but his total compensation was boosted by $5.4 million in incentive pay and $14.5 million in value realized on vesting shares, among other factors.
