Remember metrics are only part of the raise calculation.If youre not producing 1k in billable per day,youre not going to see the high % increases or "very successfull".
I held a 5%,7% tc rate.91% comp,95% cus sat and im only considered successfull,because i didnt do 12-15jobs a day.Tell them to keep the 200$ a year,as obviously that amounts to maybe dinner and a movie for a family,and apparently thats all youre worth.

Got successful still only 1.25 another guy got 3.5 with same successful and we make about the same money so I need a troll from management to explain WHY
How about trying to actually do your job right. And maybe care a little. Doesn't matter what the company thinks its your number an the things you can control that matter. ( we all know repeats you cant control) be smart stop b–chin do your job till you find something better.
Way to let the company metrics dictate your worth , cause there’s a fair system! No favoritism there
It's all relative. What's your current salary? I received triple that at successful achievement.
Probably not but I know a couple of folks that got a 5% increase plus bonus. Probably depends on who you know smh. Altice is a joke!
