Why Zack,s and all financial experts suggest to dump stock. They say not stable with all the upper management moves. Also says debt increased 43%. Not paying bills. Hope AD has to pay large late fees due to dodging their debt. Not from me. Go to Zack's and other financial experts who say this. I believe these experts because they are financial experts unlike AD. Just type in Alliance Data doomed and read about debt doubling and not paying their bills. Not made up. Even have stock discounted online.....like a stale load ofunwanted bread.....Free stock anyone. ZACK's !

Its looking pretty grim for ADS right now. While all company's are being damaged right now the fact that ADS lost roughly 50% of its value in a single year before the recent collapse of our stock market today should be highlighted.
A highly contagious virus that is k–ling roughly 3.5% of the people it comes in contact with has the retail industry in its vice grip, and it only will tighten itself more and more every single day as the numbers start to add up. The stock is down 13.21% today at $63.02 a share and the oil crash just started this morning. ADS hired to many people to fast to work a dying industry and now not just the managers/sups are going to get laid off, but they are going to have to lay off a lot of the floor workers now also because they are going to run out of accounts to work. You can only call out to so many accounts legally a day, get ready to put your phones in meeting.

Why not turn them in they would address you for not doing your job. If everyone calls all the agencies and reports things like dispute s not worked on time it would hurt as even more. I am reporting to all agencies on the secrets I have learned over the 4 years. I have great documentation and have been told by some agencies they are negligent more lawsuits . . Not counting mine. Let's report ad....everyone

Yep. Things are not looking good. I pull up accounts everyday that have been in dispute for six months and there is no indication that anyone from the dispute dept has even looked at the account. I believe that is in violation of federal compliance laws. We must be getting fined right and left, BIG TIME. Pretty good indication as what is really going on. Nothing. Nothing is going on to take care of our customers. ADS clearly doesn't care. Guess they would rather pay the fines assessed... I think at some point they may lose their bank charter.... hmmm
