For clarity only, to avoid using names, I hereby declare the bald guy be henceforth and forever known as "Beluga." Moderators, this is not his name, but is truly descriptive.

The under qualified, newly promoted, sensitive to any differing opinions bald guy. Anybody remember the great mouse detective? Ratigan?
The department he headed (get it?) prior to his new role was one of the worst performing and least innovative I have seen.
Yet another example of Apache Nepotism. But hey! Apache has done, and is doing, so well! Oh wait.....
The person who was let go had a run-in with the bald guy and they did not get along. The lesson here is that the bald guy has the authority and the backing of the big guy and will deflect blame onto others. Proceed with caution.

I assume it was deleted because it was a lie. It's sad when former employees have to make up stories to feel better about their own termination.

from what i can tell (based on that thread and rules in the footer):

- dont threaten
- dont swear
- no trollin
aside from use of names i dont think any other line was crossed - it was heated tho
