This is a great point and didn't even realize that the company has been on a downside since 2018. Not sure how someone can be promoted without being able to increase the value of a company. After all, that is the CEO's main responsibility. You think about how much these board of directors and investors are in touch with reality. At the end of the day, if he can make them smile and maintain a good relationship, he'll be in favor. Unfortunately that's the name of the game.
