Can you imagine if one of us became infected with the Corona Virus we would still have to come to work due to their sick leave policy.

Maybe it people washed their hands after using the popper...................
They cant get rid of mice on broad st.
How are they going to help the virus? Its a loudy job
Some of you who are replying on this site sound like the ignorant supervisors we all know you are.
Educate yourself.
Educate yourself.
I can’t stand all these uneducated call center people. Spewing propaganda. Sorry is that too big a word for you?
Oh, you find a new job, layoff board creeper. Of course everyone knows how to clean their desks. Find something worthy to b–ch about... have you checked your 401k balance? Might be more important than a bugar on your desk. JFC.
People do you not know how to CLEAN YOUR OWN DIRTY DESK. It's not the cleaning peoples responsibility. If they move or throw away something from your area, that is another reason to complain. If you don't like it, find a new job.
“I think this bank has been in violation of federal compliance laws and may very well be close to losing their bank charter.“
Which ones? I’m not saying you are wrong - just asking because I want to know.
To the "very inappropriate post"... looks like you're a bit confused. This isn't the RAH RAH ALLIANCE board, it's the layoff board. Not sure why that would be so confusing for you, poor thing. You're on the wrong board, oh that's right, I forgot, there's not a RAH RAH ALLIANCE board.
Oh, I think it's a very appropriate post. I think this bank has been in violation of federal compliance laws and may very well be close to losing their bank charter. Lots of things going on. It's not rocket science.
Very inappropriate post. NO ONE can be forced to work when sick with a highly contagious virus.
More than likely your employer has had disaster plans in place for years. It has been pretty common since the SARS outbreak years back.
Basically, those plans include how to confirm the safety of each associate (think tornado aftermath) or how to keep things running with less workers (massive regional power failure), or how to use technology to work remotely.
Given that ADS is regulated as a bank, it would be all but impossible for them to not have such plans.
What’s interesting is just how bitter posters seem to be with this company.
300 cases reported in the U.S as of today, and people laugh. That is truly unbelievable.
Simply.washing your hands with soap can do wonders to stop spread of many diseases.
But you cannot at the Westerville location, they have no soap, no toilet paper..
They do not eash the desk nor vaccuum there. Filthy cestpool of germs.
They do not spend much o. Housekeeping. Mice at the broad st location, westerville had no toilet paper nor soap and openly cut back on the housekeeping. There were folks that became food poisoned from the cafeteria food at westerville.
Their health nsurance is awful..worst plan ever for such a large company. One major illness can set you back for good.
See, then they wouldn't have to pay unemployment, we would just all be sick, with pos insurance... or maybe dead. . Check. I bet they're circulating that s t thru the building.
