With Wayfair not renewing their contract, how does that impact us going forward? I thought they were really good for us and supposed to be the kind of company we were signing moving forward. If we can’t keep a company we just said was the type of company we were going after, how can we be taken serious?

The 1 star BBB rating is for the M—ord site and was opened in 1993.
Just sayin.
What are you doing to change the perception? What are you doing in to being in good BBB reviews? Own up, act like you want this job.
We don't got what they need
We won't be taken seriously. Lenexa is closing. If employee s were screwed by AD don't you think we screwed our clients. Word online is the company s—s and to dump stock. What do you expect from a 1 star BBB rating. Loser company with stupid leadership at the wheel. I pray Lenexa closes ....which investors are saying will happen. Geico is hiring now....goodmonet

Doesn't surprise me. I have Ulta/co brand customers calling in all the time to close their new accounts. Apparently, the store associates tell them to go ahead and open the account to get the discount, and then just call us and close the account immediately. They tell the customer it's because we are going under. On my eight hour shift, I hear this about 5-10 times. Open/Close. Doesn't sound good.
