Thread regarding Hy-Vee layoffs

True leadership

We are lucky to have this leadership in place during hard times. Retail stores are over saturated right now with everyone doing online shopping. The landscape is changing rapidly and only the strong will survive. In the next 10 years they say half of all grocery store chains will be gone. Randy is willIng to make the hard choices to see HyVee survive another day. Randy keep leading this coming strong for another 10 years!

If you think Edeker is a great president then you’re too young to know the values of Hyde & Vredenburg, truly great company leaders.

Ask Randy how much of a pay cut he or his cronies took?? How about all that $$$ they put into the tech and toys that have at Corporate??? I wonder how many jobs could have been saved if they cut from the top down...

As someone who just lost their job of 35 years, I don’t think RE is much of a leader at all. He is pretty much screwing the ones who made him his money to save his own a–!
