Never thought things could get worse than Honeywell (layoffs, furloughs, hiring freezes, merit increase freezes). But Resideo is definitely worse. We have all of the same plus not knowing if company will survive. At least we knew Honeywell wasn’t going anywhere.

Today would have been my 5 year anniversary working at Honeywell/Resideo. I worked for Comcast and this company was the worst to work for.
Unlike Honeywell is like any other CORP with its problem.
Since we split, we seem to have filled our management ranks with what we can best call “profiteers” .... they are mostly having salaries far beyond what the job warrants, or severely under skilled for their titles mostly, using the company to learn on the job. They manage to survive all VP / GMs changes...
That’s the difference.. HON has a few in management but we are mostly full of them.
And that’s why... rezi is not well... we allowed them to thrive .
