After quarter 2 HyVee will not be paying out store bonus. Store directors will no longer be commission but a salary at a reduced rate. The hits just keep on coming. When will these changes stop

Well the fulfillment center was still hiring staff member as of last week. They didn’t know they were closing. Last year when Randy wanted to build 3 fulfillment center I’m sure his plan was to close them less than a year after opening. I’m sure he will says we get to keep store bonus programs as of today. Next week he will tell us we need to use that money for HyVee.
I’m not saying they will never go away or that we will actually hit a 10% bonus in every store. I’m saying that is what he talked about TODAY. Clearly there is no current plan to remove it if he is talking about it. People have enough stuff to worry about, I’m just simply saying at the moment you don’t need to worry about your bonus checks going away too.
what Randy wants and what Randy get are two different things. Randy want to make all this money with terrible ideas. Guess what now he has tanked HyVee so bad they are on life support. He want all store to make 10 percent bonus. The reality is most HyVee don’t make a 10 percent bonus. If I told you last month HyVee was going to cut directors pay and title you would say I’m lying. If I told you HyVee is going to lay-off all full time non manager you would tell me that’s not true. If I told you HyVee was going to close all fulfillment center you would say we just built those center. All of those would have been unthinkable last month. Guess what in this new HyVee age all money saving measures are on the table. Whatever it take to keep HyVee from bankruptcy at this point of the game.
Trust me. It isn't true. Randy's most recent message to directors wanted us to lay fears to rest that more cuts are coming and that we need to get every store paying a 10% bonus. If the plan was to remove it we wouldn't be told to get employees charged up about it.
