Big Willie Stylie was bought in as DST hatchet man with the buyout of IFDS from their other ‘parent’ StateStreet, seemingly grooming it ready for the surprise (not) buyout by SS&C.
He hacked away at the business, and then ensured the financials were strangled to such an extent that key infrastructure has been without support from the vendor.
He has upped his email visibility of late - not sure if this is to justify his existence or to ensure there are at least a few attendees to his retirement drinks.
