Is the confidence due to actual evidence or is this just a hunch? I am definitely not ELT, but just don’t think its fair unless someone can provide some clarity on how they could know this.

Exec compensation is reported yearly on the Proxy Statement which hasn't been released for 2019 fiscal year. Unless someone has insider access to ELT's performance reports, I'd recommend some skepticism here. If they did, I'd hope they'd be smarter than to post this message here, since it's probably a very small group.

Exactly! Been going on for years. ELT is obviously never going to be held accountable for the performance of the company.
Public info based on their bonuses. Plus some may find out internally. There’s no doubt HR will give themselves Os. Darren’s mentality.
