Reduced produce asst mgr, meat asst mgr, hr mgr, seafood mgr from 45 to 40. Eliminated dietitian, frozen/dairy mgr, ft hbc clerk, HM asst mgr, all were offered positions in other areas of the store.
Got an email today that said changes were done for our store and that as a company we are set up to continue to grow well into the future.
I was Manager of Health Wellness and Home... position eliminated, 2 weeks severance. That store also lost the Dietitian, Chef, Frozen and Dairy managers, Health Market manager, Demoted the Manager of perishables to bakery mgr and bakery mgr to Asst bakery mgr and Asst Director to floral mgr. Many FT were taken to PT. My ft gm guy was forced to go back to front end Asst with a HUGE paycut. Fricking terrible

I’m a delicatessen mgr, went from 45 to 40. Major pay decrease. No raise to help cover the loss like some got. Randy needs to go. This whole bakery change is a nightmare, along with almost everything he’s done.
