So ...... it appears we now all have new global matching job titles, some not happy in DQE, any thoughts on this?

Kiss good bye to your pay rise now. Now the oil price has dropped so much I expect it to be frozen for a year. We certainly won’t be getting the 2nd half of our original pay cut back.

When will they release the “Job Level” and “Salary Grade” definition/range?
Your still getting paid the same and your still doing the same job ? What is the issue with your new title ?
