Well, thanks for the breakdown. That makes a lot of since. The company has been trying to get the money back from the previous Xerox insurance fraud lawsuit 2yrs ago. So they've been cutting a lot of corners. I'm pretty sure this is why they are being sued now in 2020 for unpaid wages. There is a lot of illegal things going on at Conduent. It's all coming to the light now. This is why you are hearing more foreign representatives. This will only work for a short time. Because the quality of work will go down and consumers hate this.

Conduent has conducted illegal and unethical practices since it’s days as ACS under the Blodgett regime in almost every business segment Healthcare, Student Loans, Benefits, EBT and the list goes on.
What do they do legal? I cannot believe no ones in jail yet.
Talking about illegal stuff done by Conduent, in Mexico they do not pay their employees when they work on official federal holidays at the rate stated by law and they trick them into signing papers saying they give up their right to get paid as per this same law. I am somehow baffled to see that nobody has sued them yet for this tbh
Annual Performance evaluation/Merit Raise ???
You must be crazy.... The company is a bankruptcy in the making and they are selling off chunks
of it, closing offices, getting rid of U.S. workers and you seriously think they are going to issue a pay
raise to anyone other than themselves?
Anyone working at this company is in the "it's a paycheck" mode.
The company perhaps has another 18 months left before the large collapse/breakup/selloff happens.
Any news about Annual Performance evaluation/Merit Raise and reinstating 401K match
I apologize - wrong person named for the Friedel replacement - it should be Chris Kujawa. He's made himself known to the masses, right?
Those at the top levels are only looking at the short term in order to plump up their bank accounts. Is anyone wondering what happened to our HR Global Leader, Jeffrey Friedel? Smoke, mirrors, exit stage left.
Those at the top levels are only looking at the short term in order to plump up their bank accounts. Is anyone wondering what happened to our HR Global Leader, Jeffrey Friedel? He magically morphed into Mark Prout without any explanation. Wonderful way to have your Human Resources department work. Smoke, mirrors, exit stage left.
