Acquire, slash, harvest, and then slash some more—it's standard operating procedure for F— Tan. A total of t least 70% of the original Symantec workforce prior to the BRCM takeover will eventually have lost their jobs by the end of this year. Customer impact isn't an immediate primary concern. Follows a similar pattern going all the way back to when Avago first began their path of U.S. job destruction.
