So. After the "no bonus" surprise and the promise of pay-rises and adjustments in January which was then delayed to March (though backdated to January), are you all pleased?
I would call it "constructive dismissal". After 6 years stagnation in Cisco, another year in hope in Synamedia only to learn 1.5 years later: sorry, but if you achieve your FAST or PACE or SWOT or Dev-Goals you may be considered next year?! Not even inflation adjustment?!

@@1uwd+13OdJHto Synamedia is on track to be the next SeaChange of the walking dead in this industry. Best case is that Comcast/Sky pick over the bones at some point, buy those bones, and decide to keep some dev work going in Har Hotzvim and Staines.
Cisco has its own issues in its business but they probably got the better end of this deal. Always felt there was a lot of hubris by the buyer. The world has moved on.
Sounds like there was a handful of promotions to customer recently. Any more?
Did LWR get pay raises?

people still here don't have many options, or they would be somewhere else, obviously
Much like the bait and switch bonus plan of last fall - sorry no bonuses save for a few key employees "we need to retain key talent" incentive plan. Clearly the recent meeting about pay raises and standardized pay ranges was just to check a box for the board of directors. There will be no bonus assuming you haven't been sacked by the time payout comes.
