Yo Mikey Mike Mike!!! Don’t you know that this site is a spawning site for derision and spite?! If you think that you can “coach us up “ on this site!! You’re sadly mistaken. Hell I wouldn’t let you coach my little league teams let alone a lot of knowledgeable experienced techs on this site. You keep on with your work and I commend you for it but stay inside because you’d get eaten alive if you were in I&R or OSP. Lol

Stay or leave but you control whether or not you want to be positive. I’m a relatively new coach that has energized my new team. I’m teaching them to be better reps with positive reinforcement. I was a top selling rep when I was on the phone and was admired because of my ethical sales. Do let these loser employees take you down. Just ignore the negative banter on the site.
I'm with the other guy. Leave if you dont like it here and "they" have taken so much from you. Be happy with what you have or move on. And this is not from a management team but from a union employee.
And to the 30+ year employees out there, congratulations on your milestone employment achievements, ftr will never be what you had years ago, we no longer are in a telephone game. Hell we are barely in the internet game. Dont lose that buy out, be smart.
The average employee doesnt realize that they will essentially not have a pay raise for the next 15 years because of how much the benefits now cost in relationship to the microscopic 23 cent raises every year that they get.
Great benefits? You mean the benefits that were zero that now cost you $500 or more a month? The benefits that you took a huge pay cut to get that you already had??

I am a Frontier employee and member of IBEW. I do my job to the best of my ability because that is what the company pays me to do. With great benefits, I might add. Negotiated between union and company. To all of you IBEW members who continually bash our company and management, you truly represent the POS part of our membership. Just do everyone a favor and leave already if you hate it so much. But I know you won’t because you still will take all you can while b–ching, moaning, and being unproductive.

I thought the 4th quarter earnings report was due around now...still no announcement by Frontier of when it's going to be given.... Bernie Han, another great decision made by inept leadership!
