Offshore teams are struggling to connect and work from homes while the lockdown in place. This not only results in revenue loss but also in decreased confidence among clients.
Cognizant management is struggling to deal with their internal org structures, Senior management layoffs. They have no time to plan proactively to have the necessary laptops/desktops supplied to associates, get the necessary client approvals ahead of time. All this happened on the last day before Indian PM announced lock-down.
