Offshoring will continue no matter what. As me and my colleagues were continually told for years "our offshore employees do outstanding work". Repeated ad nauseam. It wasn't true but they worked cheap, and that's all that matters.
Irony is now being encouraged to work from home. Especially in the big centers. Also concerns about stability of offshore.

Working from home is a big NO NO at ADP nowadays. They may not want to set a precedent by allowing it. We will just have to see what happens.
LOTS of waffling about who can and should work from home. Then corp HR said associates who stay home due to an illness will be paid without impacting their sick time allocation during this period. Unsure what that means for those who used up sick time already this year. (Most hired after 2015!)
Everyone stay well and do what you can. Easier said than done but try not to stress which just makes your immune system weaker.

STRAIGHT TO HELL!
Should not be an issue. That is why they issued laptops, so that people could work from home during emergencies. In fact, at our center we were supposed to take our laptop home each night, though I chose not to do so unless I knew a winter storm was forecast.
They just cancelled their week long frat party aka Meeting of the Minds
Many of the large companies that are the leaders in their respective industry are asking employees to work from home. What will ADP do? They have pushed so many to have to work in the office only. I don't think anyone will even bother. Just use up the sick time and stay at home.
ADP stock still taking a dive and not recovering. Too soon to say what is going to happen. Keep watching.
