I agree with “ The way genpact has handled covid 19 is unethical at least and irresponsible.” and every sentiment made there after. I would add that Genpact is stingy, unrealistic and cowardly.
The way genpact has handled covid 19 is unethical at least and irresponsible. Not only is this company insensitive but they have also cut merit increases, increased workload and most of us have taken a huge cuts in bonus. Action needs to be taken by this company to better take care of their employees financially and personally!
We'll see what happens. We may make some money here.
