If prior posts are accurate, they had said aim was to offshore down to literally a few in MN.
If that’s true we all need a healthy wake up call to get searching for other jobs NOW because with continued layoffs listed on this site expecting through year end 2020, that would mean less and less interest of UHG to give out server aces or to care in even the slightest.
So just to be safe and assume it’s you and your team and prepare like a run through drill on personal time so you and your loved ones know ahead of time what could be coming in two weeks or sometime in 2020.
If the anxiety of that possibility of being laid off gets you (understandably) freaked out, then tell yourself you can sit and ride it out like many of us are doing or you can get ready to jump out on your own.
But the one thing all of us is grateful for is the heads up on this site.
We may not like was is or has or will happen but at least we can say we knew it was coming.
