Yep, for sure not the same bank anymore. And to the earlier post about drinking the cool-aide- that person is probably remembering what BBT was like before the merger no one wanted now they are probably just flat out drinking -LOL
I have to agree with the last post, the bank really has gone downhill, they ruined the reputations of National Penn and Susquehanna banks after they bought them and treated all the clients as mo–ns since we didn't pay fees. What they didn't tell you NP and Susquehanna made their profit from lending, helping people grow their business. It's too late for them in Pa and NJ, their reputations in these states are gone. I feel for your memories of the best bank in town but really, I think you can the writing on the wall.
It's the worst bank in town and SunTrust has ruined their reputation putting SunTrust ill fated leadrers in charge. Never was a merger of equals, BB&T sold out to the devil taking it's good ole boy culture to new heights!
