Major layoffs coming soon. Pipeline has shrunk. Clients are focused on survival instead of growth....so Strategy, Consulting and Technology is struggling. Operations is doing okay however facing major challenges as offshore centers are shut down.
Brace yourself .....many many layoffs at all levels including MD’s is coming soon.
Accenture is acquisitive and has deep pockets as well as partnerships with enormous companies. They are in as good a position as any company during this time, all the more since they have been proactive in the solutions space.
The pipeline is dry.
Nobody is buying consulting right now.
Things will get better soon. I think it's risky to travel but if you take precautions you will be fine!
