If you have a pulse and can form the most basic of sentences, you'll be hired. It's retail...what do you expect? It's not like you're doing something intricate. Geezus.
- Interview was short and easy. Manager asked a few questions about previous experience and strengths and weaknesses. She also asked about my ability to work as a team and to provide an example in which I had gone above and beyond for a customer.
- How would you handle a difficult customer?
- How do you feel about being late for work or calling out sick? Why do you want to work for Kohl's? Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer?

- They asked about prior experience and problem solving questions.

- She said she had an interview sheet with questionsabout math, then proceeded to say she didn't care if I was good at math, then just asked me about myself.
- Nothing really, the questions were pretty basic, i assume it varies by your experience. It was my first retail job, they don't mind training whom ever seems fit. So bring your personality.
