So they make money and cut people during Covid
Totally f—ed up bias company. As a women, i am stating, this company is bias against MEN. There leadership is mostly female and its in your face and run by Chicago Wrigley side and strangely Wrigley was bought by Mars. Go figure.
Today’s Town Hall was not good news......
There was an all sales call early March stating a reorganization and to expect notification in 2-3 weeks to see how you fit into the new structure. Mars Wrigley TSM position is no longer a stable position in the company. It is a shame the TSMs who they credit for meeting goals are kicking chopped in the restructure.
